Feds sue Forum Shops over alleged discrimination (Las Vegas Sun)

A federal agency has sued the owner of the Forum Shops at Caesars, charging that three to four years ago, Hispanic janitors there were subjected to discrimination. Simon Property Group Inc. of Indianapolis, owner of the mall, was sued in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. more...
