Developer Rolland ‘Raul’ Walters dies (Columbia Missourian)

 Rolland “Raul” Walters, formerly of Columbia, died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 2009. He was 68. Mr. Walters was an influential real estate developer and founded Raul Walters Properties in 1970.
